Thank you for choosing PrintedBundles.com. We are committed to providing quality print services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds will be accepted.

No Returns for Customer-Approved Artwork

PrintedBundles.com will not accept returns for artwork or information that was approved by the customer prior to printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and quality of the artwork and information submitted for printing.

Returns for Errors Caused by PrintedBundles.com

We will accept returns for products that were printed with errors caused solely by us. In such cases, customers are eligible for a full refund or a reprint of the order at no additional cost.

30-Day Return Policy

All orders are subject to a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at CustomerService@PrintedBundles.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clearly explain the error.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a 10% fee will be assessed, and the refund balance will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
